EarlyCare is an exploratory initiative working with senior living and memory care operators to better understand the realities of night-shift operations, including periods of low staffing, reduced visibility, and delayed awareness of resident distress.
Our work focuses on learning how early, non-intrusive signals and environmental cues might help care teams notice emerging issues sooner and reduce unnecessary escalation before alarms, exits, or incidents are triggered.
EarlyCare does not provide medical services, emergency response, monitoring, or direct resident care. This site is intended solely for care operators, administrators, and leadership teams interested in discussing operational challenges and participating in limited, paid pilot programs focused on night-shift safety, calm, and staff support.
