Hosting

This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you visit, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Listing submissions

If you submit a listing, the details you enter are processed by Netlify Forms and forwarded to Henrik. This includes your company name, city and country, description, stage, website, contact email, and listing-contact permission. Henrik uses this information to reply and review the requested listing (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If you optionally ask to be contacted about pilot readiness, Henrik also uses the submitted contact details for that requested follow-up (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw that request at any time by email.

Upvote cookie

When you upvote a company, EarlyCare sets a functional cookie for that company for up to one year. It records that the browser has already voted so the same browser cannot immediately vote again. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics

EarlyCare uses Plausible Analytics, provided by Plausible Insights OÜ in Estonia, to understand aggregated website traffic, referral sources, and visits to completion pages so the site can be improved (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Plausible does not use analytics cookies or persistent identifiers. It processes limited information including the page URL, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, and approximate location derived from the IP address. Plausible states that raw IP addresses and full user-agent data are not stored, visitor data is processed in the European Union, and the information is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Retention

Form details are kept no longer than needed for the listing review, enquiry, resulting conversation, or applicable record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email hg@henrikgrunfeld.com.
